Well Lookingfor1hitwonder...one can say your statement at every quarter for the past 10 years.

Even if they had good intentions to make this work....they would have woken up every morning for the past 10 years that's 3,610 mornings and say to themselves..."This is the day we get our PO and a down payment" and 3,610 times the universe said NO you get nothing!! But keep asking for more money...

After a while and 10 years is more than a while... people should figure out on their own that this is a dead horse. With individuals that have no clue what they are doing or how to work with corrupted countries.
