Thats just MMs moving the price to find a market. For the most part, its neither good nor bad.

Occasionally you will see it as the very last trade where the price will spike up/down on minimal shares. Thats called Painting the Tape, and could be an indicator that the MMs have quite a few shares to buy / sell.

Apart from that, just gnore it.
