Rio assumes a reasonable time frame for FDA action. I think it was Napoleon it said something like never attribute malice to anything that could be the results of incompetence. The FTA like everything and government prioritizes a coffee break and the lunch break in the coffee break before doing a little bit of work just before they leave early to avoid rush-hour. It’s not Leo‘s fault that the FDA just plain drop the ball on timing. It is difficult for a businessman two comprehend a world where there are no consequences four inordinate delays.
