More than a year under 1$ already. RS in general ain´t a bad tool, the problem is that most imply the company to cheat and dump shares afterwards. Combined with good news it can be a great catalyst! I would´t hold myself shares through RS b/c of bad experiences and expect it to settle around 2$ afterwards. But than we´ve got a thin trader with a promising product...
