a few other observations. With the reverse merger, they moved to a more prominent auditor. It will take a bit of time to work through their current statements, and I think they were going to go back and RE-state old statements to reflect the reverse-merged historical numbers over the past few years.

They are also waiting on the next round of FCC licenses becoming available. I haven’t seen any news of this on the FCC’s website, but it should be any day now. Once granted, their footprint should cover most of the US, bringing a higher valuation.
