Dear Little Joey Kabila, boy I would be willing to bet you would do most anything now "for your people" (of course, wink wink)" to put more money into the DRC Treasury to help fight/mitigate the ever-increasing sheet load of War and Ebola raining down on DRC now. Well, just remember this and take heart Little Joey... when Glencore can start mining again then the cobalt mining royalties will amazingly/wonderfully start flowing back into the state's coffers to help defray the costs on the fight against these strengthening Horsemen of the Apocalypse.

PS, I'm hearing these stockpiles of cobalt (now climbing to $95K/mt) are like a pied piper's siren call to cock roaches encouraging them to breed twice as fast. If I remember right only 5 zillion cockroaches are allowed in the DRC... you should send another government inspector out to check on the cockroach numbers around those piles getting bigger and bigger.
