Restricted 144 stock...or cash paid for by soon to be disclosed friendly funders who give RSHN a large sum of money for restricted share financing.

Time will soon tell...but imo only, the only way RSHN secures a big name celebrity endorser for KO Punch for example, is via a large cash upfront pymt...and the only way they come up with that kinda upfront money for example is if a friendly financing group gives them a large PPM and commits to them and their entire growth curve for the next 12 months.
