There is a chance now that the company goes dark.
Can't see how they can get out of this mess easily.Some people sold thinking they were entitled to TRW shares.How do they get compensated?
Has this ever happened before in the history of any exchange?
In the end the Merkur listing has resulted in destroying the shareprice completely and now because they were in a hurry to announce the dividend there for some reason(like the dividend and buyback last year on the OTC)
they put the whole future of their operations in doubt.
At this stage I would hope that OTC suspends them too, so that at least they cannot keep diluting(even though now I would think any further dilution will be at really humiliating prices and destroy any credibility and reputation they have left).
