Me thinks CCHeN is privately wondering if Albemarle is clandestinely "borrowing" (ie super sucking up) some of competitor SQM's allocated ground water the old-fashioned way to make up for the additional water required to triple their output by 300% (as opposed to relying on newly-invented basic magic)?... Hence the reason CCHeN is refusing to increase Albemarle's lithium quota perhaps? Oooooo, this is so exciting to follow. CCHeN should call in NCIS to investigate where that additional water (or magic) is really coming from... or better yet, call in super-sleuth Robert Mueller since he has eyes to see underground?

PS, I often run my Willy through the personal retail-size Abracadabra Pepe LaRue Flux Capacitor before I go out out on a hot date... but I didn't know it worked on lithium also.
