Good point, but you know how hysterical folks get when they are down on their investment, and let's be honest, a SEC investigation of a person is never a good thing.

If they can get the VA stuff right, this could have a nice run, and if Rik is some how innocent (no one knows for sure how that plays out) .....decent risk reward from here IMO
