Again, where it says that the implication is they won't provide regular updates before the first quarter of 2019? Nowhere.

You are just speculating that that is the reason, but, they did not say that. Just think, if it was that the reason, then they would not provide updates since the beginning, right? But they provided updates for some time, then suddenly they stopped.

I do not believe it, because they did not say it, and, in 21 years I never saw an identical situation.
