This is a great read. What made me buy at this level is similar note to what you said.
If you look at 4/18/18 there was 739m shares traded which was by far the most volume traded on this stock.

then look at the run starting 9/28/18 which you mentioned earlier. Well the peak volume for that run was 249m shares which is significantly less than the peak volume on 4/18/18 and significantly less than the 1.25b shares outstanding.

This means that someone holding significant shares didnt sell at all into this current run!!! that is very strange in the penny world and points to them being closely held.


In my opinion the volume on 4/18/18 was insider buying. My guess is that those shares were delivered with the shell. I would say we find out that the float is less than half than the outstanding shares show.
