I can't put my finger on where i read it but "they" have rejected to idea of a reverse or any kind of split ... I am hoping we all retain our shares and they rise in value as the grow operation is fleshed out ... certainly not a sure bet but most of us paid relatively small amounts for our shares so can wait for it to break one way or the other ... It looks promising ... may have to be patient ... the last one of these shells I was in took a year from where we are now but resulted in $150 becoming $12,500 ... so to answer your question I think it more likely NOUV continues as separate entity but benefits from the integrated complimentary ineraction with the other companies ... that is just this side of a WAG ... good luck to all
