Did they commit to it? I thought they said something like that they would avoid using issuance of shares as a main source of financing?
1.5M shares is 3% compared to the AS, so on the high side - especially compared to what they deserve... lol (and sigh) For sure they should try to buyback shares instead of issuing new ones (and to make it even worse; they're going to use the PPS as a "fair value")
