That is a good question and only one that can be answered by a look over of the stipulated agreement between VPLM and the parties.
One would think that this could be a precursor to eventual consolidation of ALL of the cases or MOST OF THEM (sans Apple).
It is still unclear whether the Apple stay has been lifted either formally or informally. Until we get an update on the Pacermonitor docket OR VPLM decides to newswire this then we have to assume that it has not been lifted and that all parties are waiting on the PTAB decision on rehearing.
IMO, ofcourse.
