Positive for shareholders imo
I don't know anyone on the BOD, and neither does anyone else posting here. We cannot know what conversations have been going on between the members of the BOD. But it seems clear that the SEC has a major problem with some of RPH's actions and statements. They may have required his removal as part of a settlement of this litigation with CSHD. From that perspective, this development is positive for shareholders imo -
