I am calling on all of the Large block share holders 30M shares or greater, to see if they would agree to Proxy Vote this dispute off of dead center by voting Xavier or Boley as the controlling party.
I would be willing to personally Email this [e-mail] email address, Leading the charge, to see if they (Xavier) would be willing to hold a proxy vote involving the shareholders,
in an effort to settle this control dispute amongst the share holders that still own equity in this company…

Calcola I know you would be into a proxy vote since you are a majority shareholder..
This control dispute thing needs to get off dead center somehow…
