Ouch! In other words, they seem to be saying that they are doing the deal and aren't going to address specific concerns until "information becomes available".

What is so unavailable about explaining why SSOF shareholders, as a group, end up holding only a 2.75% slice of 10SION -- or only about a 0.2% slice if one factors in the super-converting preferred shares that Bland has given to himself??

Seems like the time would have been NOW if Clayton had wanted to explain that little tidbit of information. But perhaps folks here will continue to pound the table and not worry over whether or not they have been kicked to the curb??

My prediction is that this is heading well down into the trips.
