So they had to completely wipe out every single investor (literally 99% loss) to ‘keep the lights on’?

I suggest instead they did it because their real business is SELLING SHARES. (See repeated toxic sales of cheap convertibles to equity houses and GC’s “anti dilution awards”)

And that IS a sham! By its very definition brother....dictionary.com.

Zero sales in history.

More failed PRs than can be counted.

Vanishing “firm orders” after dilution done.

I can’t see anything legit besides the paint. IMO.
