So this "compensation shares etc." are less important to consider in regards to dilution?

How are you able to jump to that conclusion?

Again; We already know that there will be dilution for compensation shares (X). The topic in question is whether we should expect more dilution for financial reasons (Y). I.e whether we will have X or X+Y, hence my comment of "disregarding compensation shares etc".

So basically what you are saying is, the dilution "has ended" just for financing but not for "compensation shares etc."
