I have been telling this from day 1 I started looking into this.

I doesn't make sense on any level and it looks like a fraud.

16 months later all evidence since then has been incriminating towards them and confirmed my suspicions and share price is down almost 85%.
EVERYTHING about this company says it makes no sense unless it's a fraud.

Haven't they learned anything yet?

They do what the need to do, keep printing and making stories to keep the share price as high as possible.
They don't need to learn anything.
Investors need to learn and stay away from it.
