Someone with large pockets could easily sell stock driving the pps down and then sit and collect the cheap shares as other people panic and sell their shares! The reason? well I would say if this person or group missed or had a brain fart and now wanted in on the company cheap! Drop the pps down and then buy @.90 compared to .30 cents higher just days ago. So within a few days you get shares of plm selling for a discount of 30% from only days earlier! 1/3 more the amount of shares at these PPS. I added and may add more? I see that once again MN can't get enough of the blue!! Voting democrat to me seems like a lot of folks that want free hand outs in the state! JMO I guess more and more people want the government to give them everything!! I also know from first hand living in Burnsville MN as to how many people want the government now to take care of them! JMO
