Recent Stock Price Movement

I don't claim to be an IB lawyer, but what I believe took place, and what has lead to the recent price decline is additional financing with existing warrant and option holders. Word has been out that these guys were going to need additional capital for awhile - good thing being it was for build-out of manufacturing capability to meet existing and growing demand for their products. From what I can tell, the repricing down to .21 came at a cost to the warrant holders - and I believe they came up with more cash for the company's short-term needs. Is this slightly "toxic" in the short term - yes. MM picked up on the potential for shares available at .21 and dropped it like a rock. Positive in this is I don't believe there was more share dilution. Again, these are my personal "reads" on the capital raising. Longterm - this company has HUGE potential - and what I'm hearing about future deals will definitely put these guys on the map - if not make then a prime candidate for a takeout buy a larger high tech company.
