The majority of the time there's always CASH upfront required to secure any big name athletes on any endorsement deals...so although I agree with you that RSHN can definitely throw in restricted 144 stock as a pot sweetener, they're definitely gonna have to come up with at least a half million dollars upfront in order to stand any legitimate shot at securing a Mayweather endorsement or an endorsement from any other big names like Manny Pacquiao etc etc etc...as all of them are represented by the same type of agents who all receive cash commish for their client representation...hence the need for an always upfront cash component on any big name endorsement deals right cheers!
