I feel the Tutes as you call them, won`t come running back until they see in print and revenues for EDS and GE, until that time, they may nibble above $3`s, but not much.

Ron has lost street cred with Wall St and I feel the stock, the stock price and real revenues and guidance is what will bring them back regardless of what Ron might want.

My view, not much Institutional committment until December and into 2007.
