dug a little deeper. the court’s order is public record and states that “PNMR is entitled to damages in the amount of $511,852.07...and as a result of failing to meet its payment obligations, Sycamore Entertainment Group, Inc. is not a member of PNMR.” looks like SEGI has no interest in the film whatsoever and owes 511k!! i googled how long you have to appeal in California and it says “60 days after the party filing the notice of appeal serves or is served by a party with a document titled “Notice of Entry” of judgment or a file-stamped copy of the judgment, accompanied by a proof of service; or. 180 days after entry of judgment.”… so we can't appeal because the deadline has long passed. that’s a lot of $$ to owe!! What a disaster. i'm also really worried that Ed is not being truthful about this. Ed?!
