I agree--and I am certainly skeptical here. I do have serious concerns about management's view of the common holder in light of some of the financing arrangements and moreso, the fact that management has shown that it has little faith in the common through its lack of ownership of the common stock. At least, I haven't found evidence that management holds any common shares here.
