Looks like the ones that got royally screwed about a month ago are willing to take and lock in their tax losses early, and take 3's. Better than waiting and taking 1's or less? This can't be blamed on the market makers this is a pathetic POS run by incompetent management. He drove this stock right into the ground over the years. 70 MILLION OS to what now 3,4,5 BILLION? Post those financials than the whole world will know. Only goes up on Illegal pump and dumps, hopefully the proper oversight agencies are putting an end to this BS!
