Clarification. Based on the years of back and forth with the government, many , including myself believed this one had a chance.

I and others have been following the court cases for years.

Even a partial win would have put this back on track nicely.

Remember the settlement would have been pretty hefty if it went in CYIOS favor.

What the future holds is anyone's guess.
