THIS IS AN ACTUAL COMPANY. That does ACTUAL business, although it may be silly, I believe in the product.
We have experienced management. CEO is a successful film producer, worked at playboy and various other risqué media outlets. CFO is a Harvard business school man.
CHECK OUT THE COMPANY’s YouTube page. They put out videos practically every week, to this day—and they all get many thousands of likes + comments.
To put things in perspective, if any other subpenny OTC pink was not current status, and had a tweet with 20likes the market would go crazy...BOTYs social media content gets gobbled up by their fans. And their growing a loyal fan base grass roots style.
Company is obviously strapped for cash rn as they are only a development stage entity, but in last PR they said they were reducing their convertible holders from 5 to only 2. And the bulk of those convertibles aren’t even due until March of next year 2019.

Potential business mergers/joint ventures/acquisitions...
They recently had a joint venture with WMMA and their European league, things seemed to have gone pretty well. That was only a trial run but Dana White seemed to like it and there very easily could be another event on the works.
WWE (who owns a big stake in UFC/women’s UFC) could easily acquire to nip them in the bud, before they become a bigger problem. They clearly have a loyal fan base that continues to grow—with virtually no advertising budget. YouTube and social media alone! It would cost WWE nothing as they’re a multi-billion dollar entity and they would continue their monopoly of fake wrestling.
And if you look at the success of the women’s lingerie football league, it makes logical sense that lingerie MMA would be just as big a hit—if not even more—considering who doesn’t want to watch a greasy chick trying to do submissions in a thong...it’s really a no brainer haha
