I do not think it's about people (stupid?) That sell, but rather about the same people's handover. And as if I sold myself and bought my own shares, and true I pay 26% tax but I've earned it anyway, plus if I can bring down the price of 30 - 40% I buy the shares of others (increasing my share capital) and recovery of previously paid taxes + a further profit as soon as the action goes up. It is a strategy that makes those who have substantial capital available to them.
