Almost 5 months ago they stated on the company web site they will not fight revocation.

They're done.

I figured it would be Turkey Day or go into December. Yes, here it is Election Day already and Baltia had more than enough time. By ignoring the shareholders concerns and no communication they really blew it.

Certainly they could have kept us somewhat abreast of things. The last paragraph in the ALJ order is a last opportunity. Bet they still remain as silent as a chipmunk.

"A respondent may move to set aside a default. Rule 155(b) permits the Commission, at any time to set aside a default for good cause, in order to prevent injustice and on such conditions as may be appropriate. A motion to set aside a default shall be made within a reasonable time, state the reasons for the failure to appear or defend, and specify the nature of the proposed defense in the proceeding".

So what is within a reasonable time????? Will they take this route or just remain in the dark sucking thumbs drinking the last of the vodka?
