sdvi.. You stop misunderstanding words? DO NOT misquote people??? No one said it was going to happen, only when certain conditions arise will they even think seriously about it?

R/S's are a fact of life in the sub-pennies, so we must always be aware that they might want to uplist to a higher exchange, which means a R/S of some magnitude in most cases! So we must maturely accept whatever they do, not just hide in the Sand?
