They have never before said that Chevron has agreed to the schedule. FACT.

The meeting the first week of Oct. was the breakthrough point. If you are so confident you know what happened at that meeting why don't you give us some of the details such as who was involved and how many people and how long it lasted? And there was agreement by Chevron.

The live well test you keep referring too and hoping was not done was on a new unit for gas wells not an Aroma unit for oil wells. That testing has been completed some time ago. JMO!!!
