I still think it's a big problem if FINRA delays the announcement (far) beyond the record date and the company can't tell us anything about the ex-date.

We are all supposed to guess when it will be.

I got screwed with the FABU/LSYN spin-off and now it's happening again because the stock is down 30%.

Assuming the company has any idea what's going on, I still think they should come out with a press release and provide some protection. It's not too late.
