It will eventually if they received the money, have broken the ground and give an update about how build up is running. This should all happen in 2018 or right at the beginning of 2019.
Not long to wait, all permits in hand, financing secured ...
Lets wait for a settlement on tariffs and tax loss selling which will be done I guess end of december, at least for the tax loss selling season. So all will come toghether at the end of this year, or right at the start of 2019

By the way Putz, please think about selling your shares, it seems you are right at the edge of a burn out :D
