It doesn't say anything about commercialization actually, it is fluff that could mean almost anything. It's virtually the same thing they said in September.

The Company has been in contact with Chevron and our engineering team
charged with this work, and the project is proceeding as scheduled.

The Company and its engineering team met with Chevron the week of October 1st. The project is proceeding on a schedule agreed with Chevron.

This is all after failing to deliver a test unit on a live well in August, the device has not and is not being tested on a live well, not a good sign for 2018 revenue.
