Probably NOVA & MD.

Crystal City and MD for it's port access would be my guess.

NOT Newark, NJ for it's port and transportation to NYC.

Dallas wouldn't have been my 2nd choice, but Austin!

Time will tell, but owning an apartment complex in NOVA is where my money's at!
