Look at it this way. Maxim was the first to file suit. UEEC intended to be first but Maxim beat us. They want the restricted legend lifted on the remaining 500k shares out of 4 million they once had. If we loose, the shares are free to trade. Ok. No big deal. If we win, we get the shares back. Share price may go up. They have far more to lose than UEEC. Arbitration will settle it. As for a legal team they may have nothing to do with the Maxim suit. Their purpose maybe to simply facilitate a buyout. Legal and fair. All will play out in the end. As i was recently reminded have patience.
