For example, some here are ignoring the fact that this is an insolvency case filed under CCAA with an ancillary US Bankruptcy Chapter 15 case. Instead, some are drawing conclusions and making arguments as if it were a Chapter 7 US Bankruptcy case.

Drawing conclusions based on that falsehood will almost certainly result in no residual value for sound reasoning.
