The NOL”s were a major buying incentive to whomever was the successful bidder ..as far as the deal went..
There was $ 320,000,000 in nols te be had...that’s right..$$ millions $$...That’s millions and millions of dollars unclaimed..That’s like throwing a winning powerball ticket away and not cashing it in...
