Well today we have the 8K filing from SPIN on the results of the shareholder meeting and voting.

Last year about 121,000 votes were withheld for board members.
This year 963,000 were withheld and quite a few fewer shares voted overall. Personally I would have liked to see more than double that withheld but ..... that's just less than 5% of the total outstanding.

Doesn't look like shareholders are thrilled with the BoD's oversight of the company and are not happy with the "exceptional results" being posted by mgmt.

Of course, not likely anything will come of it. Also no shareholder address included in the 8K. You know, that stirring speech detailing the accomplishments of the past year or so .... LOL.
