Well we all agree that has to be a first step but a few corrections. First we are still trading even though suspended and in grey sheets, thus good news can still move the stock (for now)...
Second, I hope I got to know Dan enough to know that is he can get this rolling he wants to do that as soon as possible. He never told me how much stock he and family owned but I assume it is a good amount putting him in the same position as us. The amount of money he needed was not small, and I know he has been trying. Of all the interested parties as best I can tell no one was really in the "no" camp. Even with the jobs, nothing is really "off" , everything is in play providing something can start sending along some money.
While Dan was looking for 40 million initially last fall (Forbes article) if Crypto didnt crash he probably would have easily landed 10-15 million or more than enough to get this rolling.
Given where we are trading even dilutive deals should still work out ok for shareholders.
Rough numbers 250k-350k for financials, approx 5 million to clean up everything soup to nuts maybe less depending on settlements that can be made
While that sounds like a lot, it is really not a huge sum of money and Dan has talked to people along the way interested in investments over that size. We just do not know when/if that will happen.
Also I forgot one faucet and just added it to to the blog. plus one now up to over 10 cents (use to be 1.5 cents)
WSTI timeline, 2 months (my guess)... something will happen
