You said you had 2 concerns:

1) I just keep reading where the company is Nasdaq compliant and all I'm saying is then show me the pr. There isn't one because all they did was apply for it., not to mention that the guidelines for approval are pretty tough.

2) Second: I don't see the reduction in shares only that they're gonna do it.

Both of those concerns are non-concerns ....pffft, gone. Now we wait for PR generating news and in the meantime watch the flippers play.
