Where do I stand here?

I am of the opinion that there a HUGE naked short position that is on WEYL. 6M+ I think.

I think the company is being VERY proactive towards getting this monkey off their back. Certainly more proactive than some other biotech that we all love to hate. lol

I think that WEYL as a company is way undervalued here too.

My gut says that this plan is something more than just this little technology company working this. I think they may have some advisors of some kind that came up with the special dividend that is sent directly to shareholders to expose the naked shorting that is so prevalent in the market. These people are smarter than me, that is for sure. I don't think we can lose here, there is too much at stake that is not just WEYL. To me this a beta test for other companies with naked short issues to follow.

Since I have been thrust into so many issues with investments and naked shorting, I have learned more than I ever wanted to know about it. This practice is criminal. Not only does it devalue perfectly good companies, keep new technology from coming to market that could benefit mankind, but it could also be funding terrorist activities. It has to be stopped.

I think WEYL breaks the cycle, brokerages cover (actually maybe the prime broker?) and the stock rises as they try to buy shares that are not readily available. Certainly this happens and then the stock finds it true value afterwards.

Squeeze or not, the company is a good value here. I got the special dividend on 60k+ shares and going forward look forward to someone covering the shares that are unaccounted for at the brokerages to unwind my position or wait until the stock finds its true value.
