What I do appreciate is management finally coming clean with shareholders regarding POC FAIMS.

Meaning...POC FAIMS is a wash! Just like Na-Nose and the Zika angle.

That makes 3 Strikes for Breath Technology @ Breathtec.

There is zero timeline involved in relation to the newly revised FAIMS hoops management has now reported out to the masses.

From what I can tell, Point of Care (POC) has turned into Research Use Only (RUO)...a HUGE difference in overall marketability.

FAIMS has basically become a pet project of Yost for the forseeable future - with a goal to market a device to family and friends!

It's an in-house Yost project, on an unknown timeline that really has no discernible value.

Like how many "global" scientists would be interested in a Yost device if/whenever available?

At what cost?

That's a far cry from a POC targeted market for Disease Detection.

The goal post has officially and significantly shifted for common shareholders.

Breathtec basically exists in name only. It's primary goal is no longer "breath" technology.

It's future success depends on Nash Pharmaceutical's wishlist of re-purposed drugs.

The timeline @ Breathtec is without a doubt a long-term bet.

As we continue to witness...there is no "news release" pumped out by management that receives a positive market reaction.

Whether or not the stock retraces back to pre-split levels from this day forward has yet to be seen - but I would not doubt it for a second.

Much hate remains across the bullrun board(s) regarding Breathtec, and many probably would rather see it fail.

It's definitely been on the brink of failure. We're just now being made aware of it.

Moving forward, one must come to the conclusion your money is simply with the takeover company Nash Pharmaceuticals.

Breathtec exists in name only to save face for Yost and common shareholders longtime belief in a POC FAIMS device that will likely not happen in their lifetime.

Hold the stock for your grandkids folks! That's the foreseeable timeline you're on now.

P.S. Anyone @ Camp Cannabix who views the V3 device and Beta 3 device as being one and the same, I have no idea how you could view today's news release as being good news for Cannabix, but that's the Camp!

In short:

Before the V3 prototype development phase is successfully completed, the device will need to achieve a number of performance characteristics including device sensitivity, precision and reproducibility in a laboratory setting.

That to me does not sound like a device being anywhere close to primetime (commercialization). Furthermore, Cannabix has the additional challenge of reproducibility in an uncontrolled environment versus laboratory setting. IF ANYTHING FURTHER FOR THE MIND, BODY, AND SOUL, management needs to come clean with some type of timeline regarding further TINKERING. As of now it's more of the same BS. Crystal Ball Theories from one year to the next. I'll see you all next year...maybe.
