Pojunis is actually corresponding with a shareholder? How special.
Pos mjvp apparently provides updates but its done via shareholder correspondence.
Shame it wasn’t passed on publicly.
Thats why non public communication is problematic for all involved.
Problematic for a co and its ceo- not that I think a dime a dozen pink sheet ceo gives a hoot.
Problematic should it it result in an ill gotten gain for the party receiving the non public info.
Problematic for those kept in the dark.

I was told by a MJVP shareholder that Pojunis corresponded via email stating MJVP will delayed to late 2018 or 2019. He really should’ve disseminated this info via a PR to his shareholders but since they’re not a registrant, there’s no necessity to do so. He also mentioned a “large” offering if and when they do become an SEC registrant, no surprise there.
