tjvs...revenue, May Kok......

Do you know what the revenue of this new co thats taking over the the shell is eye point tech==thanks

I have no idea what the revenue number would look like. But, personally, I am not expecting the number would be very large since the description of the business makes it sound as if the company is still relatively early in its formation/expansion. The comment in the press release regarding possible other acquisitions is a bit interesting to me, since it suggests that this particular chain of optical stores might not be the only business that eventually gets brought into the fold here.....

Mr. Welch went on to say, “As part of this acquisition, a new Management team has been brought in to run and expand the Company. As such, I have resigned from the Board, as well as my role as President and CEO of the Company. In order to leave the Company in the best financial position as possible, Bullzi Security was sold off for the current debt on the books. This will allow Bullzi Holdings to benefit from the growth of Eye-Point, as well as any other companies that may be acquired, without the burden of financial constraints.”

When I saw that May Kok was named Secretary/Treasurer/Director of BLLZ in the NVSOS filings, the first thought that crossed my mind is that maybe the optical store company that is being brought into the BLLZ shell is actually "Optical Library". May Kok's brother is Kok Seng Yeap, who is involved with IGS Group (an Asia-based business consultant/investment firm), and is/has been involved with some shells here in the US. One of the companies that IGS is involved with is the small optical chain called "Optical Library".

There is always the possibility that this is in fact the company coming into the shell, but based on the description in the press release it would seem unlikely. They both were established in the same year but Optical Library opened its first store in a different city and as far as I can tell there doesn't appear to be a cafe/food component to the stores unless that was a very recent change in business operations/strategy.

Here are a few videos involving Kok Seng Yeap and/or Optical Library.....

Kok Seng Yeap making a presentation/speech about IGS Group in Korea (I think). It is almost entirely in foreign language, but by watching this video briefly you can see what he looks like and then you have an easy time identifying him when he appears in the other two videos below......
