Shorting Penny Stocks creates an imbalance in the share price. Can you use your margin account to buy penny stocks or OTC stocks? Probably not, that means you can't "overbuy" penny stocks that would allow the short interest to be balanced. Not only ha, naked Sorting is illegal and wrong and it does happen.

O/S says that he does not Short the stocks he reports on, but I don't believe him. Not only that, he may have a group that does short the stocks he reports on. His reports sets up a drop in price that if one was to short the stocks he is reporting on, that person would have a GREAT Trade!!!
