was under the impression that they were paid in advance with Preferred shares (there was some reference by the Company to the creation of a "fund" with settlement proceeds) but rumor has it that they are on a contingency basis

Yes, this is most perplexing. I always kind of laugh when these inconsistencies are brought up. Preferred shares, litigation fund with original settlement, and contingency....which is it? Well, as stated in a previous post, we don't know what is going on inside the company because they consistently change the story.
